Declaration of Intent to Study Off-Campus
All College of Wooster students should submit a Declaration of Intent to study Off-Campus BEFORE December 1st of the prior year.
Your Declaration of Intent will activate the administrative process for a successful transition to an Off-Campus program.
You do
not need to choose your program at this time; your are expected to indicate
your preferences.
This form indicates your intent
to study off-campus and is not binding.
1. Download this Declaration of Intent form.
Complete this form and turn the completed form into the Off-Campus Study Office.
2. Create an Account
- Click on Create Account, fill in the relevant fields and choose a
secure Password for your account.
- Fill in all the
profile sections listed (Academic Info., Program Preferences, Current
Address, etc.).
NOTE: When you indicate “program preference” you are
indicating your initial preference. You will have the opportunity to choose
your specific program at a later date.
- Once you fill in your entire profile, you will
be able to:
- ask questions
about study abroad program details
- apply for a program
